| PM4SDTM - Project Management for Sustainable Development Short Course
Cardiff Metropolitan University is proud to host, for the first time here in Wales, a short course in PM4SD - Project Management for Sustainable Development – the first Methodology and Qualification to design and manage projects with sustainability principles integrated successfully. Endorsed and recognised by the European Union, the PM4SD methodology consolidates and builds on PRINCE2® - Projects In Controlled Environments – a structured method for effective, participatory and transparent project management, the de facto standard used extensively by the United Kingdom Government and widely recognized and used in the public and private sector, worldwide.
PM4SD applies when public or private organizations need to plan and manage the delivery of projects embedded with sustainability principles. PM4SD provides a guarantee for public authorities and industry that projects will be transformed into concrete actions with clearly defined roles and responsibilities leading to real impacts on local communities, local economy and the environment.
